Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 4 days away at time of booking.
About the Owner
We’re a husband-and-wife team who fell in love with the Finger Lakes long before we ever imagined hosting guests here. After years of spending summers on Seneca Lake and returning to the area whenever we could, we purchased our first vacation rental in 2014 and eventually made the Finger Lakes our full-time home in 2019. What began as a single vacation home has grown into VRFLX, a small collection of guest-focused properties designed to help visitors experience the very best of the region we love. Along the way, we traded corporate careers for hospitality, allowing us to focus full-time on creating memorable stays and continually improving each home. Today, we're raising our two kids (and one very spoiled dog) in the Finger Lakes and are grateful to share this special place with guests from across the country. Whether you're visiting for the wineries, breweries, lakes, waterfalls, or simply time with family and friends, we hope you'll feel as connected to this region as we do!
