Originally designed as a luxury guesthouse, Seneca View Bungalow blends modern comfort with Finger Lakes character. Reclaimed beams salvaged from the property's historic barn create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while expansive windows frame beautiful views of Seneca Lake and the surrounding vineyards.
Walk to Wineries & Breweries
Two Goats Brewing is approximately 150 feet from the Bungalow's back entrance. From Two Goats, Atwater Vineyards is just under 500 feet farther, and Chateau LaFayette Reneau is just under 750 feet beyond Atwater. In total, Chateau LaFayette Reneau is approximately 0.3 miles from Seneca View by the walking route.
Additional nearby stops include JR Dill Winery at approximately 0.4 miles, Grist Iron Brewing at approximately 0.6 miles, Hector Hideaway at approximately 0.7 miles, and Forge Cellars at approximately 0.8 miles. These additional destinations require walking along and crossing NY-414, so they are not as easy or leisurely a walk as Two Goats, Atwater, and Chateau LaFayette Reneau.

With one private queen bedroom and a separate sleeping loft, it is especially well suited for romantic getaways, anniversary trips, wine weekends, and relaxed stays for couples or small groups.

Seneca View Bungalow is best suited for 2 adults, with sleeping space for up to 4 registered overnight guests.
The sleeping arrangement includes one queen bed in a private bedroom and two twin floor mattresses in a separate sleeping loft accessed by ship’s ladder, creating two distinct sleeping spaces.
Kitchenette & Dining
The Bungalow includes a well-equipped kitchenette for simple meals, snacks, and morning coffee, along with dining space for relaxed meals during your stay.
Outdoor Living
Guests can enjoy a private hot tub with Seneca Lake views, a large deck, outdoor seating, and a Solo Stove fire pit for evenings outdoors.
Morning coffee overlooking the vineyards, afternoons exploring nearby wineries and breweries, and sunset hot-tub time are all part of the Bungalow experience.
High-Speed Internet & Remote Work
Seneca View Bungalow has high-speed fiber internet with eero mesh Wi-Fi. The mesh network extends coverage into many outdoor guest areas around the property.
The console table can also serve as a simple workspace for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.
Shared Seneca View Property
Seneca View Bungalow and Seneca View Villa are separate homes located approximately 100 feet apart on the same property.
The two homes share the main driveway, trash and recycling totes, pond waterfall feature, and putting green. Each home has its own designated parking area and private primary outdoor spaces.
When the Villa is separately occupied, Bungalow guests should expect to see and occasionally hear neighboring guests using their own portion of the property and the shared amenities.
Location & Surrounding Activity
Seneca View Bungalow is located along the Seneca Lake Scenic Byway in the heart of the Wine Trail. Vehicle traffic can be heard from the property.
Two Goats Brewing is located very close to the property and is one of the Bungalow’s most convenient walkable amenities. As an operating brewery with outdoor gathering areas, music, conversation, and other sounds associated with patrons and brewery activity can be heard from the property during operating hours and special events.
The surrounding area is also an active agricultural and vineyard region. During portions of the grape-growing and harvest season, nearby vineyards may use propane-powered bird deterrent cannons or other agricultural equipment. These sounds can be heard from the property and are outside our control.

Seneca View Bungalow is located in Hector/Burdett on the east side of Seneca Lake, close to Watkins Glen, Watkins Glen State Park, waterfalls, hiking trails, lakeside dining, wineries, breweries, and other popular Finger Lakes attractions.
