Set above the east side of Seneca Lake, the Villa offers panoramic lake and vineyard views, a private hot tub, seasonal unheated plunge pool guaranteed open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, dog-friendly accommodations, high-speed fiber internet with eero mesh Wi-Fi, and exceptional walking access to wineries and breweries along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
Perched above Seneca Lake along the Scenic Byway, Seneca View Villa combines spacious gathering areas, premium amenities, and an exceptional location near Watkins Glen and many of the Finger Lakes' most popular attractions.
Walk to Wineries & Breweries
Two Goats Brewing is approximately 250 feet from the Villa's main entrance. From Two Goats, Atwater Vineyards is just under 500 feet farther, and Chateau LaFayette Reneau is just under 750 feet beyond Atwater. In total, Chateau LaFayette Reneau is approximately 0.3 miles from Seneca View by the walking route.
Additional nearby stops include JR Dill Winery at approximately 0.4 miles, Grist Iron Brewing at approximately 0.6 miles, Hector Hideaway at approximately 0.7 miles, and Forge Cellars at approximately 0.8 miles. These additional destinations require walking along and crossing NY-414, so they are not as easy or leisurely a walk as Two Goats, Atwater, and Chateau LaFayette Reneau.

Inside, the Villa was designed for families, friends, and groups to gather comfortably while still having room to spread out. The home features multiple living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and inviting spaces for family vacations, wine weekends, group getaways, and special stays in the Finger Lakes.
The main living room offers a warm gathering space with lake views, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and TV, while the additional lounge and game room gives guests another place to relax, watch a movie, play games, or spend time together after a day exploring the Finger Lakes.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Spaces
Seneca View Villa sleeps up to 12 registered overnight guests across four bedrooms.
Its sleeping arrangement includes one king bed, two queen beds, one full-over-full bunk bed, and two twin beds in a sleeping loft accessed by ship’s ladder from the bunk room.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is designed for group meals and memorable stays, with a built-in refrigerator, drawer microwave, pot filler, beverage refrigerator, large island, Keurig and traditional coffee options, generous prep space, and everything needed for relaxed breakfasts, wine weekend dinners, or family meals at the house.
Outdoor Living
Outdoors, guests can enjoy expansive decks, panoramic Seneca Lake and vineyard views, a private hot tub, seasonal unheated plunge pool guaranteed open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, fire pit, outdoor seating, outdoor dining, and space to unwind after a day on the Wine Trail.
Shared Seneca View Property
Seneca View Villa and Seneca View Bungalow are separate homes located approximately 100 feet apart on the same property.
The two homes share the main driveway, trash and recycling totes, pond waterfall feature, and putting green. Each home has its own designated parking area and private primary outdoor spaces.
When the Bungalow is separately occupied, Villa guests should expect to see and occasionally hear neighboring guests using their own portion of the property and the shared amenities.
High-Speed Internet & Remote Work
Seneca View Villa has high-speed fiber internet with eero mesh Wi-Fi. The mesh network extends coverage into many outdoor guest areas, making it easier to stay connected around the property.
The Villa also includes a dedicated workspace for guests who need to work remotely during their Finger Lakes stay.

The Villa is conveniently located near Watkins Glen, Watkins Glen State Park, waterfalls, hiking trails, lakeside dining, breweries, wineries, and many of the region's most popular attractions, combining comfort, views, amenities, and walkability in a way few Finger Lakes vacation rentals can offer.
Important Seasonal Pool Information
The plunge pool is seasonal and unheated. Pool availability is guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Outside of that period, the pool should be considered closed unless we have specifically confirmed otherwise in writing before your stay.
Location & Surrounding Activity
Seneca View Villa is located along the Seneca Lake Scenic Byway in the heart of the Wine Trail. Vehicle traffic can be heard from the property.
Two Goats Brewing is located very close to the property and is one of the Villa’s most convenient walkable amenities. As an operating brewery with outdoor gathering areas, music, conversation, and other sounds associated with patrons and brewery activity can be heard from the property during operating hours and special events.
The surrounding area is also an active agricultural and vineyard region. During portions of the grape-growing and harvest season, nearby vineyards may use propane-powered bird deterrent cannons or other agricultural equipment. These sounds can be heard from the property and are outside our control.
Important Note About Events & Additional Guests
Villa-only bookings are for registered overnight guests only. Additional daytime guests, vendors, ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, brunches, receptions, open-house style gatherings, or other organized on-site activities are not permitted.
For groups of up to 16 overnight guests, wedding-party lodging, retreats, offsites, or guests who want exclusive access to both homes, Seneca View Estate may be the better fit because it includes both the Villa and Bungalow with full access to the Seneca View property.
