Our home is centrally located at the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. With gorgeous views of Seneca Lake, the property features easy access to Two Goats craft brewery and the wineries at Atwater Estates and Chateau LaFayette Reneau. When you stay here your family will be just a short walk to all your favorite spots.
With gorgeous views of Seneca Lake and overlooking Two Goats Brewing and the vineyards at Chateau La Fayette Reneau at Atwater, our home is located at the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. We have completed a full home renovation that we hope provides our guests with a luxury experience along with the great service they have become accustomed to at our other locations.

First floor:

Dining room: 8 person table (highchair also available)

Kitchen (all brand new standard appliances with pot filler and beverage fridge; Stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils, blender, toaster oven, coffee pot (carafe/Keurig combo)+ huge island with additional seating

Two living rooms with TV/ gas fireplace in one, Pac-Man arcade game in the other. Puzzles, Cornhole, also available

First floor (queen) bedroom + brand new Nectar mattress

Full bathroom (standing shower)

Second floor:

Primary bedroom with en suite (standing shower and soaking tub) + brand new Nectar mattress

Two additional bedrooms that share a common bathroom (tub):

Queen bedroom with French doors to a small outdoor deck + brand new Nectar mattress

Two full size built in bunk beds with additional loft area that has two twin beds + Tuft & Needle mattresses

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 4 days away at time of booking.
