Hot Tub Guide

We hope you enjoy the hot tub during your stay. Please follow these guidelines so the water stays clean, safe, warm, and ready for everyone in your group.

Before Using the Hot Tub

Please shower or rinse off before entering the hot tub. Lotions, sunscreen, oils, makeup, detergent from clothing, and other products can quickly affect the water quality.

Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds, are feeling ill, or have been advised by a doctor not to use hot tubs. Guests who are pregnant or have heart conditions, blood pressure concerns, diabetes, or other medical conditions should consult a doctor before use.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Hot Tub Rules

No glass in or around the hot tub. Please use plastic or non-breakable drinkware only.

No food in the hot tub.

No pets in the hot tub.

Do not add bubble bath, soap, oils, bath salts, lotions, or any other products to the water.

Do not remove the sanitizer floater or the mineral stick from the filter area. These help keep the water properly maintained between services.

Please keep noise respectful, especially at night.

Do not sit, stand, walk, or place heavy items on the hot tub cover.

Cover Instructions

Please keep the hot tub closed whenever it is not in use. This keeps the water warm, prevents debris from getting in, and helps maintain water quality.

When closing the hot tub:

  1. Put the cover fully back in place.

  2. Keep the cover bar positioned across the cover.

  3. Snap only the front two clips.

  4. Please do not snap the back clips.

This setup keeps the cover secure while making it easier and safer for guests to open and close properly.

After Each Use

Please put the cover back on immediately after use.

Make sure the front two clips are snapped.

Leave the sanitizer floater and mineral stick in place.

Let us know if the water level looks low, the water looks cloudy, the tub is not heating, or anything seems unusual.

Important Note

The hot tub is serviced and maintained regularly, but water quality depends heavily on guest use. Excess lotions, soaps, spilled drinks, food, or removing the sanitizer devices can cause the water to become cloudy or unusable. Additional cleaning or water replacement may be needed if the hot tub is misused.
