Television Guide
Our homes include smart TVs for streaming and live/local TV access. The main TV is set up with Apple TV, while additional TVs may use the built-in Samsung Smart TV apps.
Guests are welcome to sign in to their own streaming accounts during their stay. Please remember to sign out of any personal apps before departure.
Main TV: Apple TV
The main television is operated through Apple TV. Use the Apple TV remote to turn on the TV, navigate apps, and control playback.
- Use the Apple TV home screen to open streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Max, Prime Video, YouTube, or other available apps.
- You may sign in using your own streaming account credentials.
- Please sign out of any personal accounts before checkout.
- If the TV opens to the wrong input, use the TV remote or input/source button to select the Apple TV input.
Additional TVs: Samsung Smart TV Apps
Additional TVs may use Samsung’s built-in Smart TV platform rather than Apple TV. These TVs work similarly to other smart TVs and allow guests to open supported apps directly from the TV home screen.
- Press the Home button on the Samsung remote to access apps.
- Select the streaming app you would like to use.
- Sign in with your own account if needed.
- Please sign out before checkout.
Live TV / Local Channels: Tablo
Tablo provides a cable-like experience for available local broadcast channels. This may include local networks and over-the-air channels depending on signal availability.
- Open the Tablo app from the Apple TV or Samsung TV app menu.
- Use the guide inside the Tablo app to browse available live channels.
- Select a channel to watch live TV.
- Available channels may vary based on reception and network availability.
Signing In and Out
Because the TVs are not currently managed through a hospitality TV platform, guests are responsible for using their own streaming accounts.
- Please do not purchase or rent movies, shows, subscriptions, or add-ons from any account that is not yours.
- Please sign out of your personal streaming accounts before leaving.
- If you forget to sign out, we recommend changing your streaming account password after your stay.
Troubleshooting
If the TV is not working as expected, try the following:
- Make sure the TV is powered on.
- Confirm the correct input/source is selected.
- For the main TV, make sure Apple TV is awake by pressing the Apple TV remote.
- Check that the remote batteries are working.
- Close and reopen the app if a streaming app freezes.
- Restart the TV if needed.
