House Rules

We want every guest to have a great stay while also helping us protect the home, respect our neighbors, and keep the property ready for future guests. The rules below reflect the same intent as the house rules shown on Airbnb, Vrbo, and our direct booking site, though the wording may vary slightly by platform due to formatting limits.

Minimum Age

The minimum age to rent is 21.

No Parties, Events, or Unapproved Gatherings

Parties and events are not allowed.

Only registered overnight guests are permitted on the property unless we approve visitors in advance. For clarity, a gathering includes any visit by individuals who are not part of the reservation, whether or not they stay overnight.

If you are planning to have visitors during your stay, please reach out before making plans. We are happy to consider reasonable requests when they fit the property, occupancy limits, parking, neighborhood setting, and local rules.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please keep outdoor noise, music, hot tub use, deck/porch conversations, and driveway activity respectful during quiet hours.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the home. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, and any other smoking or vapor products.

Please do not leave cigarette butts, ashes, or smoking-related waste anywhere on the property.

Dogs Only — Maximum 2 With Fee

Dogs are the only authorized pets. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed with the applicable pet fee per dog.

No other animals are permitted without prior written approval.

Security Deposit

A $300 security deposit is required. The deposit is processed by the host on the guest’s credit card.

Trash & Recycling

Garbage and recycling must be separated.

• All garbage placed in the totes must be bagged.
• Recycling must be separated from garbage.
• Cardboard does not need to be bagged.
• Please do not place loose garbage in the totes.

Questions or Special Requests

If you are unsure about a rule or would like approval for something outside the standard reservation terms, please contact us in advance. We would much rather answer a question ahead of time than have a misunderstanding during your stay.
